- Over the years I have searched for a sheet I truly loved. I've tried all the Charisma types, Hudson Park/Hotel Collection 800TC, Sferra. Everything but Porthault and Thomas Lee (too expensive). - These are expensive sheets. I washed and dried them before using and was staggered by the wrinkled mass that emerged from my dryer. I know cotton can wrinkle, but I have never seen anything like these. I actually ironed the edge of the top sheet, but it stayed pretty rough. In fact, they did not feel smooth at all.
